Because Go Boxery products are custom-made to your specifications, all orders are subject to the following cancellation and return terms.
Order Cancellation
Orders move through four stages:
- Stage 1 – Order Received: Full refund minus a processing fee of $15 or 5% of the order total, whichever is greater.
- Stage 2 – Pre-Production: A 20% cancellation fee applies for design and pre-press work completed.
- Stage 3 – In Production: Cancellation is considered case-by-case. If approved, a 50% cancellation fee applies for materials and production costs.
- Stage 4 – Shipped: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team and are only final once confirmed by a Go Boxery team member.
