By browsing our site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below, along with any policies referenced on our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notice. The version posted on our website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order, so we encourage you to check back periodically.
1. Site & Content Ownership
All content on goboxery.com — including text, graphics, product mockups, templates, photography, and design files created by our team — is the property of Go Boxery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute any part of our site or original content without our written permission.
We may photograph finished packaging orders and use those images (without disclosing confidential branding details you’ve asked us to keep private) in our own marketing, portfolio, or social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Placing an Order
Quotes provided via our site, email, or sales team are estimates based on the specifications you provide (dimensions, material, print method, finish, and quantity). Final pricing is confirmed once your artwork and specifications are finalized. Production does not begin until:
- Full payment (or an agreed deposit, if offered) has been received and verified, and
- You have approved a digital proof of your artwork.
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Artwork & File Requirements
To keep your boxes looking sharp, please submit print-ready artwork according to our file specifications (typically vector or high-resolution files, 300 DPI minimum, in CMYK color mode, with bleed and safe zones as noted in our templates).
- If your files fall outside these specs, we’ll flag it where possible, but Go Boxery is not responsible for blurring, pixelation, unexpected cropping, or color shifts caused by low-resolution or improperly formatted submissions.
- You are responsible for proofreading your own text, logos, and layout before submitting files.
- You confirm that you own the rights to any logos, artwork, fonts, or brand elements you submit, or that you have permission to use them. Go Boxery is not responsible for verifying third-party rights on customer-submitted designs.
- We reserve the right to decline any order containing artwork that appears to infringe on another party’s intellectual property, or that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, without needing to disclose our full reasoning.
5. Digital Proofs & Approval
Before production, you will receive a digital proof reflecting your layout, dimensions, and color placement. No order goes to production without your explicit proof approval.
- Please review the proof carefully — spelling, layout, die-lines, bleed, image placement, and overall specs are your responsibility to check.
- Digital proofs are a layout reference and may not perfectly represent final print color, texture, or finish (see Section 7).
- Once you approve a proof, any errors that were present in the approved file (but not caused by our printing process) are not eligible for a free reprint.
6. Order Stages & Cancellation Policy
To keep cancellations fair for both sides, orders move through the following stages:

Cancellation terms:
- Stage 1: Full refund minus a processing fee of $15 or 5% of the order total (whichever is greater), to cover payment processing costs.
- Stage 2: A 20% cancellation fee applies to cover design and pre-press work already completed.
- Stage 3: Cancellations are considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed. If accepted, a 50% fee applies to cover materials and production costs already incurred.
- Stage 4: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
Order cancellations must be requested by contacting our support team directly (see Section 14) — cancellation requests are not considered final until confirmed by a team member.
7. Color Accuracy & Print Quality
Because packaging is printed on physical materials using different substrates, coatings, and inks, on-screen colors (including our proofs) can vary from the final printed product. We aim to match your approved proof as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match due to standard variances in print production.
If exact color matching is critical to your brand, we recommend ordering a physical hard-copy proof (available for an additional fee) before committing to a full production run.
8. Quantity Variances
Custom print runs can result in minor overages or shortages versus the exact quantity ordered. Go Boxery ships within an industry-standard variance of plus or minus 5% of your ordered quantity. If we ship fewer units than ordered, you will only be billed for the quantity actually delivered.
9. Production Time & Shipping
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout or in your quote and begin after your proof has been approved and payment has cleared. While we work hard to meet these estimates, production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control, including material availability, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Go Boxery is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country upon delivery.
10. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Because every order is custom-manufactured to your specifications, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or specification changes after approval.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [support@goboxery.com].
- Provide clear photos/video documenting the issue.
- If requested, return the affected units (at your own cost, unless the defect is confirmed to be our error) so we can evaluate the claim.
If we confirm the error is on our end, we will reprint the affected portion of your order at no charge. Reprints — not cash refunds — are our standard remedy for confirmed production errors. Rush/expedited fees are non-refundable in all cases, including approved reprints.
11. What We’re Not Liable For
Go Boxery is not responsible for errors, defects, or dissatisfaction resulting from:
- Spelling, grammar, or content errors present in your approved artwork/proof
- Low-resolution, incorrectly formatted, or non-CMYK files you submitted
- Color variation inherent to different printing substrates, coatings, or finishes
- Minor variances in die-lines, folds, or finished size within standard industry tolerance
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site or services to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful, and not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our site. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse orders that violate this section.
13. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Boxery, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content or artwork you submitted that infringes on a third party’s rights, or (c) your misuse of our site or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Boxery’s total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business interruption) arising from your use of our site or products.
14. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information on our site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of errors.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
